Refund and Returns Policy

A. For 925 Sterling Silver & Brass Products

Return / Exchange / Refund Policy:(7 Days No Questions Asked)

  • We strive to satisfy our customers to the best of our ability and we understand that every individual has different taste and choice. Hence, for any reason if you need to return the purchased products, we ask no questions and accept return requests for up to 7 days from the date of delivery of the order.
  • Yes, no questions asked, we believe in delighting our customers with every purchase, hence we do not negotiate further if the customer is not satisfied to any degree.
  • International Returns / Exchange – In case you wish to return / exchange the product(s), you just need to ship it across to any of our warehouses which is nearest to you and send us an email with tracking ID and details of the Order No. (Using – Customer Support Section).  
  • Returns from India – You just need to go to our customer care section and fill the return form for our team to do the needful. Our pick-up executive will come to your address to pick up the goods, which should be handed over with actual packaging and price tag & certificates in its original condition. 
  • Once the returned product reaches us, we do a routine check for the retention of quality to make sure the product has reached us in original shape and quality. If the returned product meets the quality check, we will initiate the refund / exchange process within 72 Hours. However, in case the QC doesn’t meet the quality standard we will inform you and resolve the case by sending you the same good(s) on To Pay basis, since the product could be rendered unusable. 
  • We highly recommend you to initiate the return / exchange process as soon as possible. This is so that you stay within the 7 days’ time limit as per the return /exchange policy. Further delay beyond 7 days may lead to the product becoming unacceptable for returns / exchanges. Hence, we recommend you to make sure you initiate a return request as soon as possible in case of such a need.

B. For 14K & 22K Gold Jewelry

 Cancellation Policy :

  • Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the provided destination.  Once the cancellation request is received on right time as explained earlier, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction.

Replacement Policy (Only Applicable for India) :

  • Any complaint or replacement request shall be considered only if made within 48 (forty-eight) hours from delivery by communication through the registered e-mail address, mentioning Customer ID, Order ID, date and time of delivery and clearly and accurately describing the nature of the complaint. No complaints or requests for any replacements will be accepted or entertained after 48 (forty-eight) hours from the delivery of the goods ordered.
  • You need to return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice & price tag for us to investigate and repair the fault or to send you a new piece, as required. We will arrange for the order to be collected from the provided address through our logistic partner and returned to us.

C. For Customized Order :

No refund or returns are applicable for customized orders, however, we take full responsibility to repair or to do replanting of the products. (Exclusion being damaged products which can not be repaired due to accidents caused from customer’s side. 

On complying with our return / exchange policy terms as stated above our team will work on your ticket with immediate effect on priority and will make sure your concern is addressed with utmost importance to make your over all experience awesome, so that you keep giving us the opportunity to make you smile every time you shop at Gempro.
