Returns / Exchange & Refunds

  • Return / Exchange / Refund Policy:

    • We strive to satisfy our customers to the best of our ability and we understand that every individual has different taste and choice. Hence, for any reason if you need to return the purchased products, we ask no questions and accept return requests for up to 7 days from the date of delivery of the order.
    • Yes, no questions asked, we believe in delighting our customers with every purchase, hence we do not negotiate further if the customer is not satisfied to any degree.
    • Outside India Returns / Exchange  - In case you wish to return / exchange the product(s), you just need to ship it across to any of our warehouses which is nearest to you and send us an email with tracking ID and details of the Order No.(Using - Customer Support Section).  
    • Returns from India - You just need to go to our customer care section and fill the return form for our team to do the needful. Our pick up executive will come to your address to pick up the goods, which should be in handed over with actual packaging and price tag in its original condition. 
    • Once the returned product reaches us, we do a routine check for the retention of quality to make sure the product has reached us in original shape and quality. If the returned product meets the quality check, we will initiate the refund / exchange process within 72 Hours. However, in case the QC doesn’t meet the quality standard we will inform you and resolve the case by sending you the same good(s) on To Pay basis, since the product could be rendered unusable. If there is no response or agreement from your side for 30 days we would scrap the product at our end after formal communication.
    • We highly recommend you to initiate the return / exchange process as soon as possible. This is so that you stay within the 7 days time limit as per the return /exchange policy. Further delay beyond 7 days may lead to the product becoming unacceptable for returns / exchanges. Hence, we recommend you to make sure you initiate a return request as soon as possible in case of such a need.

    On complying with our return / exchange policy terms as stated above your refund for the product you purchased will be initiated within 72 business hours to your original mode of payment used by you while making the purchase.
